Good afternoon!
岁序易，华章新，今天，我们再一次相聚在一年一度的颁奖仪式现场，配合见证114名“价值孝顺者”的荣耀时刻。请允许我代表公司向今天将要受到表扬的优异优异员工、十年金牌员工、立异团队、“猎鹰人才”奖获得者体现热烈的祝贺，也祝愿更多的“价值孝顺者”站上荣耀的舞台！
Everything changes as the time goes by. Today, we gather at the annual award ceremony again to witness the honorable moment of 114 “value contributors”. Please allow me to extend warm congratulations to the winners of the "Outstanding Employee", "10-year Gold Medal Employee", "Innovative Team", and "Falcon Talent" awards. I also wish that more "value contributors" can stand on this honorable stage!
生于厘革，死于平庸。2023年是激扬厘革的一年，新能源手艺、新质料手艺、人工智能和大数据正在倾覆式地改变能源结构与工业结构，企业立异迭代加速，这也意味着立异需要比以往投入更多的时间、精神和款子�Ｌ艏舤cy8722科技拿出集中力量干大事的刻意，起劲整合政产学研用资源，高水平推进中央研究院建设，以最大至心引进高素质人才，作育青年潜力人才，推动焦点手艺突破、前沿性手艺突破与未来手艺结构。17个“行业领先”、“国产替换”项目立项，45个专精特新产品项目的结构，这只是最先，我们深信，种一棵树最好的时间是十年前，其次是现在，不久的未来，中国光电子工业主要立异策源地必有太阳集团tcy8722科技一席！
Change makes one progress and mediocrity makes one fall. 2023 is a year inspiring changes. New energy technology, new material technology, artificial intelligence and big data are radically changing the energy structure and industry structure and accelerating the innovation iteration of enterprises. This means that innovation requires more time, efforts and money than ever. HGTECH, with the determination of concentrating on doing great things, actively integrated the resources of the government, enterprises, academic circle, research institutes and users and promoted the construction of central research institute at a high level, to introduce high-quality talents with the utmost sincerity, cultivate potential young talents and drive the breakthroughs in core technologies and cutting-edge technologies and the future technical layout.The approval of 17 "industry-leading" and "home-made substituted" projects and the layout of 45 specialized and sophisticated new product projects are only a start. We firmly hold that, the best time of planting a tree is ten years ago, and the second best is now. In the near future, HGTECH will definitely take a position in the important sources of innovation of photoelectronic industry in China.
欲戴王冠，必承其重。2023年是韧性生长的一年。增添乏力、商业壁垒等全球性困局还在一连，当“躺平”、“摆烂”、“苟安”成为一部分人的选择，我们深信“聚焦客户价值，一直蜕变进化”是穿越周期，到中流击水的底层逻辑。感知营业稳固温度传感器、PTC加热器实力，开发压力传感器、温压一体传感器、气体传感器、多合一传感器、INS膜片增量空间；联接营业构建起硅光芯片到高速率光�？榈娜匝猩杓颇芰�,向全球高端市场迈进；智能制造营业将AI手艺融入装备、产线，向汽车、船舶、半导体及泛半导体等行业修建焦点竞争力……疾行风雨中，我们深刻熟悉到，与其在循序渐进的节奏里销声匿迹，不如在厘革突破中生长蜕变。
Responsibilities are indispensable for one’s honor. 2023 is a year with tenacious growth. The global dilemmas such as sluggish growth and trade barrier are continuing. When some people choose to "lie flat", "let it rot" or "seek momentary ease", we firmly believe that "focusing on customer value and keeping transformation and evolution" is the underlying logic of getting through the cycle and hitting the water in the midstream. In terms of perception services, stabilize the strength of temperature sensor and PTC heater and explore the space for increment of pressure sensor, integrated temperature and pressure sensor, gas sensor, all-in-one sensor and INS diaphragm; in terms of connection services, build the full self-development and design capabilities from silicon optical chip to high-speed optical module, and march toward the global high-end market; in terms of intelligent manufacturing business, integrate AI technology into equipment and production line and build the core competitiveness in automobile, ship, semiconductor and pan-semiconductor industries...Among the trials and hardships, we deeply realized that, it is a better choice to grow in reforms and breakthroughs instead of vanishing in the process of sticking to conventions.

列位同事，算力时代的到来，时间正在重新界说。我们需要立志、立学，一连构建“第二增添曲线”，用新手艺突破、新产品迭代、新工艺运用、新质料替换、新营业模式开展、新市场挖掘、新赛道结构向行业高处“立”；我们需要立胸怀、立作风，拿出自我厘革、自我否定的勇气，以“海纳百川、鼎力大举共扛”的心胸为纬，以“排山倒海、一呼百应”的力度为经，从一个产品到多个产品，从一个市场到多个市场，从一个工业到多个工业，去誊写“顶天立地”的深刻内在。
Dear everyone, with the arrival of the computing age, time is redefined. We should be determined and diligent in study, keep on building "the second growth curve" and strive to "stand" at the high position in the industry with new technological breakthroughs, new products iteration, new process application, new material substitution, new business mode development, new market exploration and new track layout; we need set up our mind and style and show the courage of self-reform and self-denial, to compose the profound connotation of "indomitable spirit" from one product to more products, one market to more markets and one industry to more industries from the horizontal perspective of "all-inclusive and common efforts" and the vertical perspective of "thunderball and mass response".

At the moment of welcoming the 25th anniversary of HGTECH, looking back at the days of founding, regardless of other's views, we never regard HGTECH as a university-run enterprise. It should and will definitely be an international enterprise. Looking at the present from a "bird view", we should take world-class enterprise as the benchmark, pursue systematic growth and sustainable development, abandon shortsighted, arrogant and impetuous minds, and work steadily to raise a flag of HGTECH growth in the global market!
